• Train local health workers (kader posyandu) and develop community-led poultry farming.

• Develop digital platforms for program operations, donation, and community engagement.

• Educate the public about stunting through digital and offline campaigns.

Overview of the Role

We are looking for a driven and organized Project Associate to lead the implementation of the "1 Day 1 Egg" initiative in two areas. This role also serves as the interim Project Manager to support and coordinate existing stunting programs during the maternity leave of our current PM. You will be responsible for overseeing program execution, managing field operations, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring the quality and impact of our stunting reduction efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Primary:

• Lead program execution in 2 pilot locations, including daily egg distribution, nutrition education, and data monitoring.

• Coordinate with Field Officers, Puskesmas, and kader posyandu to ensure operational excellence.

• Monitor and report program outputs and outcomes using digital tools (WhatsApp-based forms, dashboards).

Secondary: Interim Project Manager (Sep–Nov 2025)

• Oversee ongoing ZeroStunting projects during the PM’s maternity leave.

• Lead coordination with key partners (Nestlé, Google.org, local government, Puskesmas).

• Prepare reports, track program KPIs, and escalate operational risks to the Head of Stunting.

• Ensure smooth transitions and knowledge transfer with returning PM in Dec 2025.
