Project Associate - Embedded Financing

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Market Analysis and Product Development Support: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Collaborate with the Project Manager in the development and refinement of loan products based on market feedback and pilot outcomes.
  • Partner Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and project coordination with strategic partners (e.g., Finfra, Alami/Hijra) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of financial services.
  • Sales Team Support: Act as a liaison between the sales team and partners, providing essential product information, market insights, and operational updates to help achieve sales targets.
  • Marketing and User Engagement: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product awareness and adoption. Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and marketing approaches.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support where needed, ensuring that the technical and service aspects of the loan products meet the project's standards and timelines.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Compile reports on market analysis, product performance, and project progress. Utilize data to make informed recommendations for product and strategy adjustments.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a project support role, preferably within fintech, banking, or a startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed market research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with financial services, loan products, and the regulatory environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, as well as MS Office or equivalent.
