Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Conduct surveys and measurements of renovation project sites to prepare requirements for unit handover with contractors.
- Participate in the detailed preparation of renovation project implementation, including creating layout plans, full set drawings, 3D shopfronts and facades, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ) to ensure operational excellence.
- Request cost proposals (Budget Plans) from contractors and calculate estimated costs for clinic construction to maintain cost efficiency and operational standards.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Inspect and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time, within the timeline, and meet quality standards.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to project implementation to maintain operational excellence.Conduct surveys and measurements of renovation project sites to prepare requirements for unit handover with contractors.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Civil Engineering. Final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of construction projects.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.), editing software (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, etc.), and project management.
