Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage multiple software projects using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, and Management.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring proper test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Drive the implementation of automation testing to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Act as a leader and mentor for the project and QA teams, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while aligning with company goals and management direction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management with at least 3 completed software projects.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a digital tech company is an advantage.
- Knowledge of health insurance processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Familiarity with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Katalon.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
