Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Take detailed and accurate meeting minutes during internal and external meetings.
- Distribute meeting summaries and follow-up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
- Compile and organize daily, weekly, and monthly work reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure that all reports are updated, accurate, and accessible to project team members.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative needs for internal team meetings and external meetings with users.
- Prepare meeting materials, schedule appointments, and confirm attendee availability.
- Assist in creating and organizing user guides or manuals for project deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and ensure guides are user-friendly and comprehensive.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking fieldwork progress, ensuring that milestones are met according to schedule.
- Compile fieldwork updates and identify any discrepancies or areas needing additional attention.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail oriented
- Adaptive with dynamic project environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to work in Slipi, Jakarta Barat for 3 months.
