Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage the implementation of managed services.
Assist in assigning tasks to the appropriate team members.
Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as assets, BA document collection, and summary reports of managed services for invoicing purposes.
Assist in identifying risks in project delivery and managed services and escalate them to the project manager.
Periodically contribute to improving project and managed service delivery, both in terms of processes and more efficient tools.
Assist in providing training to team members as needed, aligned with project management and project goals.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field from reputable university
Minimum 2 years in the same or similar position
Possess a high level of knowledge of managed service workflows
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and management
Ability to perform monitoring, analysis, and problem-solving
Strong with Microsoft Excell or Google Spreadsheet
Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Google Docs, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Qontak, or similar tools Strong in documentation
Able to work in the office (Jakarta Pusat) and ready to travel on-site
