Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Communicate regularly with parents about student studies at EF and their progress
- Send student updates to parents
- Resolve problems, questions, and/or complaints from parents
- Resell EF core courses to customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Follow up on the reasons for the refund
- Reactivate students who have dropped out
- Reply to e-mails and answer phones on time
- Build trusting relationships with students and parents
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Good English language skills
- Good attitude
- Have time management skills
- Strong salespeople, able to quickly understand company products and knowledge
- Find and provide solutions to customer problems.
