Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain effective and obtain Professional Services accounts.Ensure effective operational process for related Professional Services clients.
- Increase customer satisfaction, identify customer needs and maintain alignment with current services in Professional Services.
- Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the departments.
- Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting Services, or a related role.Experience in managing B2B clients and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Good project coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; good command of English is an advantage.
