Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for funders and other key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project progress.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external facilitators, and beneficiaries to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensuring project continuity.
- Budget Management: Track and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects remain financially viable.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop systems to track project progress and impact, ensuring alignment with agreed outcomes and deliverables.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project outcomes for funders and internal use.
- Support Community Building: Help build strong relationships within the communities Solve Education! serves, actively engaging with beneficiaries and facilitators to support ongoing programs.
Kualifikasi
- Language Skills: Professional-level proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop project timelines, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.
- Community Building Experience: Familiarity with building and maintaining community engagement is highly desired.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including funders, beneficiaries, and facilitators.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to foresee and resolve project-related issues in a proactive manner.

Solve Education! works with education and technology experts to create an educational game app which aims to develop students’ hunger for learning and prepares them for the workforce of the future.
As a not-for-profit organization, our vision is for future generations to have equal access to the knowledge economy. To do this, young people need critical and technical skills and confidence in their ability to learn, adapt to changes and solve problems. Globally, many students without access to quality schooling (263 million) have access to low-end smartphone and broadband technology (70% of the world population by 2020).
DOC uses techniques of game development to engage students’ hunger and confidence to learn, and develop analytical skills. Our online employment platform, Solve Employment!, will directly link success in the game to employment opportunities, further increasing motivation.
