Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Input and maintain capacity data (studio occupancy) in trackers.
- Maintain Notion (PM Tools) & other tools for LS schedule request or reschedule request and also SV ticketing request or uploading.
- Prepare and organize minutes of meeting (MoM) for internal team related to the scope of productivity innovation team.
- Compile action items into a follow-up tracker and send reminders ahead of due dates.
- Prepare supporting data ahead of recurring meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Update recurring data trackers/dashboards on schedule.
- Support meeting scheduling and coordination with stakeholders as instructed.
- Maintain filing for Live Stream Schedule & Short Video Ticket request.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Communication, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or any other related field.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiar with Notion or Project Management tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable with repetitive, structured administrative work.
- Good communication skills and comfortable coordinating across teams.
- Able to follow instructions closely and work independently on assigned tasks with periodic check-ins.
- Available to start working immediately.
- Willing to work from the office (Hybrid) at BSD, Tangerang.
- Able to commit to 3 months or more.
