Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan review dan improvement terhadap design, process, dan method di lini produksi.
- Melakukan preventive dan corrective maintenance mold dan equipment support produksi.
- Membuat laporan hasil preventive dan corrective maintenance di lini produksi.
- Melakukan troubleshoot di injection process untuk meminimalkan downtime.
- Memeriksa dan memastikan mold, machine, dan equipment support siap digunakan untuk produksi.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma jurusan Teknik Mesin, Perancangan Manufaktur, Teknologi Material, atau setara yang berfokus pada plastik.
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang plastic injection mold.
- Fresh graduate dipersilakan mendaftar.
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk menggunakan CAD Software (Solidwork atau Onshape).
- Memiliki pemahaman mengenai mold design, injection parameter, dan plastic injection molding process.
- Memiliki pemikiran analitis yang kuat untuk memecahkan masalah produksi.
- Memiliki tanggung jawab, motivasi tinggi, dan kemampuan multitask.
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerja baik secara individu maupun dalam tim.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Salatiga.
