Responsbilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all production activities, including material preparation, production process, and delivery of the final product according to production targets in terms of both quality and quantity.
- Check and ensure that the work order is in accordance with the planning before the production process begins.
- Ensure and control the production process to be optimal starting from production results, process time, material usage, and minimize left over production scraps.
- Monitor for any abnormalities in products or machine/tool damage to prevent recurrence and not disrupt the smooth operation of production.
- Ensure reporting of machine damage and monitoring the handling of machine repairs until the machine can operate normally again.
- Report all production activities to immediate supervisor.
- Provide guidance (daily) to operators either at the beginning of the shift or whenever needed.
- Ensure effective communication between shifts to ensure smooth production operation and achieve targets.
- Create reports on production achievements related to productivity and quality.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / work instructions related to the production process.
Kualifikasi
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Engineering,
- Minimum 1 years experience in the same field.
- Good understanding of production Process.
- Computer skills on MS Office,
- Able to work in team and with tight date line
- Have an honest, a good leadership, problem solving oriented and discipline
- Willing to be placed and stay in Cilegon
