Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with third-party manufacturers (makloon) in the health supplement industry.
  2. Manage production schedules, ensuring timely and accurate execution of manufacturing activities.
  3. Ensure that raw materials, active ingredients, packaging components, and relevant documentation are delivered to the makloon on time.
  4. Monitor each stage of the production process to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant health regulations.
  5. Conduct or coordinate quality checks and ensure that finished products meet company standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., BPOM).
  6. Track production timelines and prepare progress reports, highlighting any delays or quality issues.
  7. Collaborate with internal departments such as R&D, Regulatory, QA/QC, PPIC, and Logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
  8. Maintain documentation related to production batches, delivery receipts, COA (Certificates of Analysis), and other regulatory documents.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in production or coordination within the food, pharmaceutical, or supplement industry is preferred.
  3. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and health supplement production standards is an advantage.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and production tracking tools.
  7. Willing to travel to manufacturing sites when necessary.
