- Provide the finished goods by developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure a streamlined manufacturing process to fulfill demand from the sales department
- Ensuring adequate levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Optimize inventory level and working capital while supporting targeted customer service levels
- Coordinate and responsible for the implementation of QMS (Quality Management System) in the PPIC department
- Coordinate and implement Material Requirement Planning (MRP) using ERP System
- Generate production orders and purchase orders from MRP
- Manage the demand management project in collaboration with the sales and marketing division and demand planner
- Utilize the updated rolling forecast to anticipate stock availability
- Calculate annual budget for raw material & packaging material based on forecast estimation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering/ Pharmacy/ Management
- Min. 2 years experience as PPIC Manager
- Experienced in the production of planning and inventory control field dairy/ consumer goods/ pharmaceutical company
- Have a good understanding of the supply chain end-to-end process
- Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Exact, etc
- Have advanced skills in MS Excell
- Fluent in English
- Having a certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSC)) is an advantage
- Have good leadership, Interpersonal skills, Good problem-solving & decision making
