Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate production schedules based on customer demand, lead times, and available resources.
Monitor and manage the inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in compliance with the Quality Management System.
Analyze production data and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
Conduct regular team meetings to ensure that goals and plans are met.
Maintain an appropriate level of inventory to meet customer requirements based on sales projections.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
1- 2 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, while fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong understanding of supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
