General Job Description
- Coordinating and Optimizing the Production Processes.
- Creating efficient production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects while minimizing costs and maximizing resource utilization.
- Make a Master Production Schedule for every On-Going Project
- Ensure and monitor every project to run well from inquiry to goods delivery.
- Do breakdown for every project inquiry (Checking data drawing, customer data).
- 100% distribution every inquiry and RFQ.
- Do Project Development and PPC administration.
Day to Day Activities
- Check the project inquiries from I-Room (Are the given data enough for partner? *2D / 3D Data, Sample, etc). If that is not enough, go to the sales dept for asking to customer.
- Make a Master Production Schedule.
- Monitor the progress and ensure the projects run well.
- Request PR for material to Purchase Dept.
- Request open PO for material and machining to Purchase Dept and Finance Dept.
- Request and Receive Drawing and Estimation Request to Engineering Dept.
- Do audit partner (the machine, capabilities, performances, etc).
- Mapping and making a grade for every partner (A = Best Quality and/or Low Price, B = Good Quality and/or Standard Price, C = Standard Quality and/or High Price).
- Do progress report for every week to reporting to Supply Chain Manager
- Do Kaizen improvement and lean manufacture methodologies for PPC and Project Dev Dept.
- Make a new Job Flow and do trial for the new flow (if its error, revise and make a new one).
- Make a PPC Administrative Form (Request for Quotation Form, Cost Estimation Form, Gantt Chart Scheduling, Work Order Form, Monthly Leader Report Presentation, Material Pricing Database, Machining Pricing Database, Partner Database).
- Assist sales dept for technical issues.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, logistic Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Proficiency in using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and production planning software.
Additional Information:
- Willing to full time WFO Deltamas, Cikarang
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday (09.00 - 17.00 WIB)
