As a production Manager, you will have the responsibility to supervise the food production process including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service and sanitation. This position oversees the daily administrative and operational tasks related to the food & beverage production, as well as managing budget and operational costs.
Duties:
- Coordinates the activities of the Food Production Department to provide outstanding food quality to customers
- Accountable for response and mitigation of food quality and food safety concerns in accordance with established HACCP requirements to ensure that the food offered to the customer is safe and of the highest quality possible
- Directs and organizes food preparation activities related to purchasing and distribution
- Management of food cost and waste controls
- Making sure all staff are consistently following food safety guidelines
- Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations
- Records inventory and Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
- Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree, any related major
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing production in F&B industry
- Have certification or HACCP knowledge is preferred
- Demonstrate strong understanding of kitchen systems, operations, procedures and policies.
- demonstrate a high attention to detail and maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, presentation, food safety and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Solo – Central Java, with the possibility of travel to branches in other areas
