Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Leading and coordinating all functions in factory of PPIC, QC, Production, Machineries and Maintenance, Administration, and Delivery in order to achieve most costs efficiency and higher productivity
- Be responsible to do continuous improvement in all aspects of daily activities of factory including standard operating procedures, working culture and discipline behavior, manpower quality, quality check practices, production output, and warehouse and stock management as well for better results
- Be responsible ensuring target achievement in consistent way of on time delivery, zero complaint, lowered NG, and committed production capacity
- Ensure the production process was performed in accordance with company internal SOP’s, inistry of Health requirements, Healthy and Safety requirements also other related requirements
- Prepare and present management report by weekly, monthly, and yearly report to Manufacturing Manager
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor or Master Degree holder major from, Food Technology, Engineering and a related field or equivalent experience
- Min. 4 years have experience in Factory Food Company as Production Manager/Factory Manager, preferably from Frozen Sausage & Meat Processing/Production/Factory
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills with high personal integrity, strong project management knowledge experience and professional qualifications are preferable
- Experience with automised production processes, preventive maintenance, spare part management
- Having deep understanding in production/quality and warehouse management
- Analytical skills and financial management acumet
- Structured and organized orientation to work with strong communication skills
