Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee and ensure proper functionality of the Production Department.
- Manage activities in the Production Department to achieve planned targets and quality.
- Managed the distribution job and was responsible for the production and maintenance team.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitoring production progress and resolving issues.
- Determine the necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.).
- Manage periodic reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining electrical, mechanical, and related systems in the total productive maintenance concept.
- Responsible for planning and organizing the routine maintenance.
- Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities.
- Manage renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities.
- Manage subordinate and all activities of the Production Department most effectively and efficiently regarding risk management and cost efficiency.
- Planning, organizing, monitoring the production process, and ensuring the outcome is suitable with the department’s KPI.
- Establish performance management in internal departments such as competency mapping, development plans, and succession planning.
- Responsible for the Production Department's day-to-day activity (schedule and progress report), and be the main contact for critical issues, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Identify risk, opportunity, and strategy within current local or global situations that can impact the business.
- Responsible for the implementation and development of production department procedure policies.
- To perform the tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Ensure the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) procedure as well as all other directives/guidelines and the department’s KPI and control the implementation.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in line with the QHSE Policy and strategic objectives.
- Ensure that all Hazards, Risks, Environmental aspects & impacts associated with work activities have been identified and implement action to eliminate or reduce it as low as possible.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Physic/Chemistry).
- Having a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations with project-based or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Understanding of safety standards and quality management systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
