Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements to achieve targets while upholding hygiene and safety standards.
- Optimize workflows to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure availability of necessary resources for production activities.
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among employees.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient production operations.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in FoodTechnology/Nutrition/Chemical Engineering/Industrial/Mechanical/Agriculture Engineering or equivalent
- Having experience in Wafer, Biscuit, Beverage or related field
- Required Skill(s): GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSMS
- Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production
- Have good leadership skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ready for working in a shift system (3 shifts)
