Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control of purchased items as directed by the Creative Art team.
Process cash advances or reimbursements as requested.
Perform procurement purchases based on the provided list.
Manage administrative tasks for LPJ and create settlement PDFs.
Coordinate with the Operations team to help monitor inbound and outbound documents, both internally and externally.
Assist in preparing Proof of Broadcast reports (Laporan Bukti Tayang).

Kualifikasi

Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent; business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in logistics, supply chain, and media production.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of quality control.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable.
Eager to learn, grow, and try new things.
Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang.
