Responsibilities:
- Provide and conduct training (product knowledge and technical-soft skill) to existing and new sales personnel
- Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team
- Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs
- Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical Science (having Apothecary background is preferred)
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in product or sales management and/or having work experience as Product Trainer
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written is preferred
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Placement: Jogjakarta Area
