Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure that the workspace and product testing instruments (clinical trials) are clean, with regular room monitoring and instrument maintenance performed according to established procedures.
- Ensure the availability and validity of supporting documents for product testing (clinical trials), such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, clinical trial protocols, instrument usage logbooks, room monitoring forms, data collection forms, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure the availability and completeness of test products and their supporting documents before use in product testing (clinical trials).
- In collaboration with the Product Delivery Coordinator, coordinate with the Panel Management Department regarding the management and fulfillment of panelist needs for product testing (clinical trials).
- Ensure that all panelists participating in product testing (clinical trials) receive information about the project and have agreed to participate, under the supervision of the Product Delivery Coordinator.
- Conduct data collection for product testing (clinical trials), from the screening stage to completion.
- Coordinate with the Product Delivery Coordinator and Business Support Department regarding administrative processes and funding requirements during product testing (clinical trials).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK in Chemical Analysis or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and project management.
- Understanding of company operations and Quality Management Systems.
- Familiarity with regulations related to cosmetics and dermatological products.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
