Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As a Product Taxonomy Intern, you'll help maintain content metadata quality, support daily product operations, and monitor key product journeys. Your responsibilities include:

Daily & Weekly Operations:
Monitor and review metadata for VOD, TV schedules (EPG), sports, upcoming CPP & FTA content
Track search with no results and ensure daily metadata completeness
Manage tagging requests and monitor the Sports Schedule page
Product Monitoring:
Analyze user journeys for upcoming content (homepage, similar CPP, search)
Track released content performance (H+7 impressions)
Monitor key product metrics (e.g., search relevancy, homepage metrics)
Ad-hoc & Cross-Team Support:
Handle requests from Data, Product, and Engineering teams
Support app releases and product catalog updates
Assist in campaign setups (subscriptions, live shopping, gamification)
Conduct product audits and competitor analysis
Provide feedback to PMs and other stakeholders on UX and product issues

Kualifikasi

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Familiar with product operations, UX, and basic project management
Comfortable with competitor analysis and product review
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Proactive, quick to learn, and adaptable
Interest in subscription products, gamification, and content management is a plus
