What will you do?
- Develop and propose strategic sales approach in managing sales channels and implementing business plans to achieve sales targets and drive sales performance
- Master product knowledge to present clinical benefits and evidence to key accounts and KOLs
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for the sales team and the customers, as well as prepare clinical guides and product manuals
- Strategize and oversee product growth and trends, while monitoring competitor activities
- Conduct business reviews, accurate sales forecasts, growth, and financial metrics to meet objectives
- Inspire and support the sales team by monitoring performance and building strong relationships with principals and stakeholders in the healthcare industry to adapt to market trends.
Kualifikasi
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or other relevant majors
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position (preferably have experience handling biopsy needles)
- Must have a good understanding of biopsy procedure (knowledge in medical disposable & antiseptic products will be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage in effective negotiations
- Confident and proactive, with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
