  • Maintain an extensive network of contacts within the industry to identify new opportunities through market research for collaboration and business development.
  • Generate sales leads and actively prospect new customers.
  • Travelling to visit potential customers also managing and interpreting customer requirements - communicating with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
  • Understand customer needs and how our product or service provides the best solution in quality, price, and delivery, offering tailored solutions from our portfolio.
  • Strong networking skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships with various key decision-makers with existing B2B customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of products and services according to market needs.
  • Monitor and ensure smooth distribution and customer satisfaction include provide after-sales support as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing excellent service that drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, regular reports on sales performance including customers interactions, sales calls, and pipeline management for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major (GPA min 3.00)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the laboratory for industries industrial product, chemical, or in healthcare industry
  • Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2B sales pipeline management.
  • Eagerness to sell and create business opportunities.
  •  Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: google sheet, excel and sales software.
  • Understanding of sales skills, call procedures, Customer-oriented mindset
  • and negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
  • A Strong growth mindset and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customer.
  • Having a driver's license C and a personal vehicle will be a plus.
