Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As a Product Sourcing, you will be responsible for identifying and acquisition seller that meet our company's needs and work closely with sales division. Your day-to-day tasks will negotiating prices and contracts, and managing relationships with current and new seller. You will also identify market trends and work with internal teams to optimize product selection for our marketplace.

  • Experience in conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Source new seller and product multiple categories
  • Manage several ongoing projects together
  • Negotiating with seller to secure advantageous terms and flexibility
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with seller

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An entrepreneurial & resourceful approach with problem-solving skills
  • Exhibit personal leadership with a high level of business acumen
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Having at least two years working experience as Business Development, Account Executive or related field
