Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create Working Orders based on customer requirements (coordinate with the SD team regarding orders received from buyers)
- Conduct the Fix PR (Purchase Request) system up to Purchase Orders so that the Purchase team can purchase materials
- Monitoring raw material stock in the warehouse for the production process
- Creating Replenishment Orders (Repro) if there is a shortage of materials in production
- Creating daily WO reports that have been created in accordance with the production schedule
- Coordinating with SD and Purchase regarding materials for the picklist to be used in production
- Assisting in monitoring production in terms of material availability and coordinating with production regarding material availability
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Industrial Engineering/relevant major, fresh graduates welcome
- Passionate about calculations or mathematics and data preferred
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience in PP/PPIC or Planning is a plus
- Proficient in computers and experienced in scheduling and planning is a plus
