Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Define and manage the WMS product roadmap and backlog.
Gather business requirements and translate them into product solutions.
Collaborate with Warehouse, IT, and Logistics teams to improve operational processes.
Lead system enhancement initiatives and ensure successful product delivery.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or WMS implementation.
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supply chain operations.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
