Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Define and manage the WMS product roadmap and backlog.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into product solutions.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, IT, and Logistics teams to improve operational processes.
- Lead system enhancement initiatives and ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or WMS implementation.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supply chain operations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
