Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead project development of JVIBES’s social media and community activations
- Overseeing daily content management for JVIBES’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter)
- Overseeing daily community management for JVIBES
- Manage program financials (from concept to feasibility to final approval)
- Compile and analyze market intelligence/competitive information; make recommendations, when relevant, to seize market opportunities or adjust program elements
- Manage and develop junior team members, supporting their growth and capabilities
- Responsible for growth of social media and community
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in music & entertainment industry is preferred
- Passionate with Anime, J-culture, J-music is a must
- Has experience 2-3 years as a project management or related field
- Skills: project management, social media savvy, public speaking, team management, presentation skills (Canva kills a plus), Google suite skills (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Fluent in Japanese is a plus :)
