1. Product Strategy, Roadmap and Development Management:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive growth and innovation.
- Prepare long-term and short-term timelines for product development.
- Provide clear direction to system analyst and development teams, ensuring that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards in the form of FSD.
- Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide issue resolution.
- Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring on-time delivery of features and enhancements.
- Maintain a clear and up-to-date product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
2. Requirements Management:
- Define and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog to guide development efforts.
- Deep analyze what are the requirements from user regarding Background, Goals & Objective and pain points.
- Gather and document detailed product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and stakeholder input.
- Prioritize features and enhancements to create a well-defined product roadmap.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, creative, corporate communication, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Maintain a collaborative environment to drive product excellence and achieve project milestones.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product updates, timelines, and milestones.
- Gather feedback from internal teams, customers, and partners.
4. UI/UX Consultancy:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
- Contribute to the development of UI to achieve user-centric design and create a good user journey and experience.
5. Metrics Tracking and Analysis:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and user satisfaction.
- Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Education bachelor's degree Majoring; Computer Science, Information Technology & Engineering
- Working Experience: 2 - 4 years
- Industry: Ecommerce, Retail, Startup
