We are hiring: Product Owner
We are looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about building scalable and intelligent systems that power Baskit’s national operations and ecosystem as we expand across Indonesia and beyond.
This role will work closely with the leadership team and play a critical role in designing, launching, and optimizing the core infrastructure behind our Cashflow and Risk platforms — including automation workflows, all deeply integrated with our ERP system.

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap, aligning with business goals around automation.
- Translate complex workflows into structured product requirements and scalable features.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk, and Finance teams to build compliant, reliable, and user-friendly products.
- Design and optimize end-to-end experiences across systems.
- Apply strong critical thinking and data analysis to prioritize features, balance trade-offs, and ensure product-market fit.
- Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs, measure impact, and iterate quickly based on insights.
- Stay up to date with regulatory trends, infrastructure, and risk management practices relevant to Indonesia’s landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Proven ability to take a product from 0–1.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, similar), Agile/Scrum workflows, and API-driven product design.
- Native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and fluent English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Understanding of AI use cases is a plus.
