Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Make sure the partner procurement for B2B & B2C needs run efficiently and optimally in all forms: both offline and online counseling session, event, and other activities
  2. Initiate coordination and contracts with partner/biro/groups of partners to facilitate the session
  3. Initiate improvement to the flow of B2B counseling to simplify and speed up processes in B2B 
  4. Ensuring a precise and detailed recap of the partner’s fee and coordinate with the finance team
  5. Initiate ways to increase partner’s performance
  6. Make initiatives that can increase partner engagement with Riliv and maintain good relationship with Riliv partners
  7. Coordinate actively with other teams related to activities or programs that involve partners effectively
  8. Playing an active role in expressing opinions in the product development process related to partners
  9. Provide proper direction and right feedback dealing with question and complaints from CR Teams
  10. Ensuring the CR Team Roles (handling user/customer) is aligned with quality standards and SLA
  11. Propose & determine improvements, both from structural perspective and in terms of handling user/customer processes related to questions and complaints received if necessary

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor degree in Psychology 
  2. Understand counseling code of conduct
  3. Experience in counseling is a plus
  4. Analytical skill and problem-solving skills
  5. Good attention to details
  6. Good teamwork and likes to interact with people
