Join us in shaping the future of logistics in Indonesia! As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll design innovative logistics solutions for both hub-and-spoke and point-to-point models, helping us drive efficiency and enhance customer experience. You’ll collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to bring these solutions to life. Responsibilities
- Design and implement creative logistics solutions, focusing on both hub-and-spoke and point-to-point models to optimize our supply chain and delivery network.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to conceptualize, refine, and roll out logistics solutions tailored to business and client needs.
- Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the continuous improvement of logistics solutions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology advancements to inform product and operational strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: 5+ years in logistics, with a strong background in digital on-demand services or similar environments.
- Skills: Proven experience in designing and optimizing logistics models, with a passion for process improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally with experience in consulting, operations analysis, or product management.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is a plus.
- Mindset: High adaptability, self-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on building the future of logistics in Indonesia.
