Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collect data related to market conditions, customers, and current trends that may be useful in executing product marketing strategies and can be used for developing training materials.
- Create and develop learning module, learning support material, and prepare learning tools about drug compounding and product knowledge to achieve operational excellence in training delivery.
- Provide all material need for end-to-end marketing or training, and do its implementation to ensure all activities run timely based on schedule to achieve objective and goals effectively and efficiently.
- Manage good relation and collaboration with internal parties to ensure alignment with various function and achive marketing objectives.
- Delivering training programs on RX product compounding to enhance clients' skills in preparing products in compliance with government and company regulations.
- Monitor the New Product Development projects to keep them updated and on schedule.
- Implement planned marketing initiatives and training programs for the salesforce to improve product knowledge and support the achievement of operational excellence or learning objectives.
- Provide all marketing activities administration and provide report of marketing activities to evaluate all implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy with Apothecary Sertification
- 1 - 2 years experience as Marketing
- Have Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Having Experience in Training will be plus point.
