Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor beauty market trends, competitor activities, viral products, and content movements across TikTok, e-commerce, and offline channels.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking including pricing, content angle, bundle strategy, and hero claims.
- Collect and summarize market insights into actionable recommendations.
2. Business & Product Support
- Identifying growth opportunities for categories and hero products.
- Support performance tracking and product-related analysis to help business decision-making.
- Help connect product positioning with channel performance and market demand.
3. Content & Channel Support
- Monitor trending content angles and consumer interests across social media platforms.
- Identify potential content hooks, viral angles, and product communication opportunities.
- Support KOL/content briefing preparation aligned with product strategy and channel trends.
- Help ensure product messaging is relevant to target consumers and platform behavior.
Kualifikasi
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, or digital marketing is preferred, especially in skincare products.
- Strong interest in beauty trends, TikTok content, and social commerce.
- Good analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and e-commerce ecosystems.
