Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Oracle solutions (Fusion and EBS).
- Define and communicate clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned with customer needs.
- Support Sales and Presales teams with marketing materials such as pitch decks, product presentations, case studies, and proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product differentiation.
- Plan and manage product launches, marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and demos.
- Collaborate closely with Principal, cross-functional teams, including Sales, Presales, Partners, and Marketing Communications.
- Deliver product training and enablement sessions for sales teams and partners.
- Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to improve product messaging and marketing strategies.
- Track and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Product Marketing, IT Marketing, or B2B Technology Marketing for enterprise software, cloud solutions, or ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Oracle products and enterprise technologies (Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, databases).
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create compelling marketing content (presentations, brochures, product messaging).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
