Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer needs, and opportunities for product enhancement.
Organize user interviews and focus groups to understand user’s pain points and produce conclusions with data analytics.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new smart home products, defining target markets, positioning, and messaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to drive product launches and promotions.
Create compelling marketing content, including product collateral, sales materials, and digital campaigns.
Analyze product performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to optimize marketing strategies.

Kualifikasi

2-3 years of proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong understanding of smart home technology and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly and absorb information well.
Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
