Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Developing strategies and detail plan to enhance user retention, such as: loyalty program, in-app placement utilisation
- Building a long-term plan for better user retention and liaising with the product team for the feature development.
- Liaising with Campaign and Partnership Team to create strategies as well as project coordination towards loyalty and other retention programs.
- Liaising with Campaign and CG Strategy Team for in-app placement utilisation and optimisation.
- Liaising with MD Team for optimization of marketing placements in Category Optimization.
- Tracking and doing regular monitoring of the in-app utilisation performance to gather insights and point for iteration.
Kualifikasi
- 3 - 5 years of experience in growth and/or marketing. Having experience in any loyalty program and growth platform will be highly desirable.
- Meticulous, curious, structured, and having good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills to continually provide valuable marketing and business insights
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Ms. Excel).
- Communicate well in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Type of person that can cope with multi stakeholders and can manage various tasks for various functions.
- Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
- Have experiences in technology company, e-commerce, online marketing, or management consultant is preferred.
