Product Manager - System Infrastructure Service

Job Purpose

• Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product/service lifecycle within the tower, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support as well as other department to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Also includes ensuring that the products /services support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Role Description

• Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
• Develop costing and pricing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Perform product demos to customers.
• Analyse potential partner relationships for the product.
• Evaluate new technologies and industry trends as they emerge and determine if and how they are applicable to our product.
• Responsible for defining process, development and performance of end-to-end process of the assigned products/services.
• Specify market requirements for current and future products.
• Design market research and assess product adoption.
• Provide sales team with the necessary technical expertise.
• Create risk management plans and implement mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of risks
