Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and user requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear, detailed product documentation and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features and enhancements.
- Assist in defining product roadmaps and prioritizing the backlog.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Figma.
- Support usability testing, feedback sessions, and iteration planning.
- Develop a deep understanding of user pain points and market needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both written and verbal formats.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and system architecture.
- Familiar with APIs, databases, and general backend/frontend system design.
- Proficient with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Figma.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
