We are hiring: Product Manager (Fintech)
We are looking for a Product Manager (Fintech) who is passionate about building scalable and intelligent financial systems that power Baskit’s national operations and credit ecosystem as we expand across Indonesia and beyond.
This role will work closely with the leadership team and play a critical role in designing, launching, and optimizing the core infrastructure behind our Cashflow and Risk platforms — including payments, virtual cards, credit scoring, and automation workflows, all deeply integrated with our ERP system.
If you have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (preferably in fintech, lending, payments, or ERP), strong business and technical acumen, and thrive in fast-paced, analytical environments — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the fintech product roadmap, aligning with business goals around payments, embedded credit, and risk automation.
- Translate complex financial workflows (e.g., settlements, credit scoring, and repayment logic) into structured product requirements and scalable features.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk, and Finance teams to build compliant, reliable, and user-friendly fintech products.
- Design and optimize end-to-end financial experiences across Cashflow, virtual cards, disbursement, and collection systems.
- Apply strong critical thinking and data analysis to prioritize features, balance trade-offs, and ensure product-market fit.
- Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs, measure impact, and iterate quickly based on insights.
- Stay up to date with regulatory trends, digital payments infrastructure, and risk management practices relevant to Indonesia’s fintech landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, lending, payments, ERP, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to take a fintech product from 0–1, especially in B2B or credit-related domains.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, similar), Agile/Scrum workflows, and API-driven product design.
- Understanding of AI use cases in fintech such as credit scoring, fraud detection, and document intelligence is a plus.
- Native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English proficiency.
