About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our Remittance & Spend Management team and help shape the future of digital finance. As a Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Remittance & Spend Management apps and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the voice of the customer within the development team, providing guidance and clarifications during the development process.
- Craft PRDs by collaborating with teams (e.g., engineers, designers) during product design and development to implement the requirements.
- Define product roadmaps by operationalizing defined strategy.
- Articulate defined product vision in a way that captures attention and compels others to drive action despite obstacles and competing priorities.
- Validate the market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, revenue).
- Identify opportunities in the market landscape.
Kualifikasi
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- At least 1 years of proven experience as a Product Manager working closely with UX, Business, and Technical Development Team.
- Good understanding of B2B SaaS Products and Financial Services Industry.
- Understanding financial regulation (e.g. BI, OJK) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, wireframes, and other product documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
