Jatis Mobile is a mobile solution provider, established in 2003 to meet the growing demand across various industries. Our business covers financial services, retail distributions, consumer goods, transportations, automotive, merchant business, and telecommunication industries. We develop applications across multiple platforms. We have partnerships with major banks and all telecom operators in Indonesia.
Role Description
- Product Strategy: Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall goals and market trends. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather requirements and understand user needs. Translate these insights into clear and actionable product specifications and user stories.
- Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful development and delivery of the product. Set priorities and provide guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, coordinating marketing, sales, and support efforts to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy. Monitor product performance and user feedback after launch, iterating on improvements as needed.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze key product metrics to evaluate product performance and success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize features or improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact product development or success. Develop contingency plans and take proactive steps to mitigate these risks.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life decisions. Make recommendations on when to enhance, pivot, or retire products based on market demand and business objectives.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
- Bachelor in any computer science/engineering, mathematics, data science, statistics, or non-formal education Degree but having experience in related fields (proven with a recommendation letter from the previous workplace)
- Passion for a product management role with 3+ years of experience in Product Management especially in AI Product(s) and proven leadership experience
- Knowing Data Analytics tools and Statistics (Python, SQL, Power BI)
- Having the ability to Design (using design tools Adobe/Figma/Canva/others etc.)
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift regularly
- Able to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
- Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value
- Passionate and Self-motivated person with result-oriented behaviors
- Behave well and politely
- Having a Good character, attitude, and patient
- Willing to join ASAP
- Willing to work with a Hybrid schedule
