Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Product Roadmap: Define and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features and enhancements, prioritized based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities.
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, understanding user needs and pain points to inform product decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery, managing dependencies and driving alignment across teams.
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic objectives, customer value, and resource constraints, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision.
- Release Management: Coordinate product releases, including defining release scope, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Performance Tracking: Define key metrics and KPIs to measure product performance, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product decisions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Product Evangelism: Act as a champion for your products, both internally and externally, advocating for customer needs and driving excitement and adoption among stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital products from concept to launch.
- Technical Background: Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
- Strategic Thinker: Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and use insights to drive product decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer Focus: Customer-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of user needs and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
