Role Description:
As a Product Owner Intern, you will support the Product Owner and Product Manager in developing and enhancing blu’s digital applications and information systems. This role focuses on requirement gathering, documentation, system development support, and collaboration with IT Development and Operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Support Product Owner and Product Manager in running assigned business and system development projects
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and user requirements for digital applications
- Support the preparation and maintenance of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate closely with IT Development team during system development, testing, and implementation phases
- Assist in project monitoring, including tracking progress, issues, and timelines
- Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) preparation, execution, and documentation
- Coordinate with Operations team to document system procedures and process flows
- Assist in ensuring smooth implementation of new features and system enhancements
- Prepare basic reports and documentation related to product development activities
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Active student (final year) or fresh graduate from Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any other related major.
- Basic understanding of information systems or application development lifecycle.
- Familiar with requirement documentation such as BRD, functional requirements, or user stories (academic or project experience is acceptable).
- Comfortable working with documentation and structured analysis.
- Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn product development processes.
- Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Interest in fintech or digital banking products is an advantage.
- Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship.
