Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for a Product Manager who will oversee the performance and improvement of our logistics systems. This role focuses on managing business intelligence data flow, supporting operational systems, and ensuring data accuracy to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise business intelligence data flow, including data input and output within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
Oversee supporting systems such as driver applications used for driver attendance, fleet utilization data, finance operation data, and operational cost data.
Act as a helpdesk for internal teams when there are issues in the system or data discrepancies.
Support troubleshooting and coordinate data correction when needed.
Review and filter operational data to ensure accuracy and usability.
Provide ideas and recommendations for system improvements based on operational needs and data insights.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and technology teams to ensure systems support business processes effectively.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics Management, or related field.
Experience in developing or managing a Transportation Management System (TMS) is highly preferred.
Good understanding of logistics business processes.
Strong understanding of systems, databases, and data flow.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong attention to data accuracy.
