Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Analysis: Dissect and monitor updates to OJK Regulations (POJK), Exchange rules, and the P2SK Law for integration into product strategy.
- Internal Checking: Conduct regular self-inspections of all operational workflows to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Product Validation: Review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) from Product/Tech teams to ensure every feature meets compliance standards from the design phase.
- Mandatory Reporting: Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of transaction reporting and other periodic reports submitted to relevant authorities.
- Regulatory Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact and manage audit processes from OJK, the Crypto Exchange, as well as other internal/external auditors.
- Strategic Compliance Advisory: Provide strategic recommendations to ensure business goals are achieved within compliant legal boundaries, without compromising user experience.
Kualifikasi
Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Design for internet-based products and technologies.
- Strong understanding of and interest in Blockchain Technology, e-commerce, financial services, and investment products.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute insights, ideas, and features to build a cohesive product roadmap.
- Strong data analysis skills to provide recommendations and run product experiments to improve key metrics.
- Proficient in extracting and analyzing data using tools such as BigQuery, Looker, and Tableau.
- Proven experience managing and working closely with Developers and Testers (mandatory).
- Have profound knowledge of OJK Regulations (POJK) and their practical application within the crypto asset, capital market, or other relevant industries.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or acting as the lead coordinator when facing external audits conducted by regulators.
- Proven deep understanding and effective implementation of sound Data Governance, and demonstrated ability to successfully lead through the ISO 27001 certification process.
- Ability to verify data validity across Admin Dashboards, standard dashboards, databases, and blockchain logs, and reconcile them with reports
