Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the ideation, research, design, development, iteration, and launch of products
- Be the champion of the customer’s voice
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health
- Scope and prioritize projects based on business and customer impacts
- Drive product development with the engineering, QA & design teams and improve on its process
- Perform competitive research to identify product gaps as well as prioritize innovation to differentiate the product
- Understand the payment landscape in Indonesia to find and iterate on relevant business models
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years in the fintech or money transfer industry.
- Deep understanding of the fintech industry, particularly in the money transfer domain, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to analyze data, conduct market research, and translate insights into product strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Ability to understand user needs and behaviors, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lead and motivate a product team to achieve common goals.
- Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and find effective solutions.
Additional Notes:
- Experience with Money Transfer Products: Proven experience in developing and launching money transfer products, such as mobile wallets, remittance services, or payment gateways.
- Understanding of the technology underlying money transfer systems, such as APIs, databases, and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with regulations and security standards in the money movement industry, such as PCI DSS and KYC/AML.
