We’re looking for a driven and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our core products. As a senior in our product team, you’ll be responsible for owning the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to continuous improvement in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business development to deliver products that meet user needs and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: research, planning, execution, delivery, and iteration.
- Identify customer needs and market opportunities through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder input.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, wireframes, and roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on impact, ROI, and feasibility.
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Kualifikasi
3 years of product management experience, ideally with at least 2 years in a startup or high-growth company.
Proven track record of launching successful digital products (web or mobile).
Strong understanding of agile product development processes.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
Technical fluency—able to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineers.
